Invoice management
Terra Logistics provides invoice management and tracking and gives full control over the company's financial position. UAB "Terra IT" does not develop accounting software: the Terra Logistics solution is integrated with the accounting system the company already uses. This lets the responsible employees see the financial situation in real time and make the right decisions. Invoice management covers information about financial documents, mutual obligations, expenses and reminders.
The system also lets you issue purchase, sales, prepayment or credit invoices and send them straight from the system to the customer or the supplier or partner. When issuing invoices, you can include order and trip information, expenses and so on. When you create invoices or new orders, the system shows the customer's credit and late payments. When a payment is late, you can send reminders from the system by email or SMS.
Once the Terra Logistics transport management system is integrated with the accounting system, invoices are issued and passed on directly between the systems, cutting unnecessary manual work on entering and issuing invoices.
Invoices can be downloaded from the system in several formats and printed from the system.
