Journey management
The Terra Logistics journey management module is for companies with their own drivers and vehicles. It lets them create work journeys during which cargo is delivered or a set route is driven. This is especially relevant for companies that work not only in Lithuania but also in international markets.
Journey control also matters a lot to company managers: they can follow reports and the workload of employees and vehicles.
Journey management is directly linked to cost management, entering the necessary data and assigning tasks. Following the set procedure and recording data correctly gives you a real picture of costs and lets you allocate them to the trips made during the journey.
The system marks a specific driver's planned journeys for a given period: when the work will be done, where the driver is going and how long it will take. You can also assign daily allowances to a specific driver. Filling in this information lets you plan drivers' work more accurately according to their workload. The overall driver workload is shown in a chart, so mistakes can be avoided when planning work ahead.
The costs of each journey are tracked and shown in the system, so once the journey ends you can issue invoices that include the journey costs. During each journey, the system fills in the necessary journey documents, which the driver also receives. They can be forwarded, printed straight from the system or viewed in the mobile app.
